Anyone play Rock Creek in Fairhope recently?

Heard they redid the back 9 greens last summer/fall. Have the chance to play it in a few weeks and was wondering if it was worth it.

Just asked a friend of mine and they had a tournament last weekend or yesterday and said it was rough. Also they lost their cart/maintenance barn so add that to the problems list. He said "don't waste your time"
He is an elite golfer in the Mobile/Bay area so I'd take his advice.
It's unfortunate because when the greens are in good shape that course is A1. Unsure budget but my other friend spent the last weekend at the Grand and said Lakewood was in good shape but it's pricy.

Lakewood is way too expensive for what you get.
