Ordered wife an 7-iron, came in broken in half, shipped back and no refund in 2 weeks. No experience with this site. All other clubs were purchased on Amazon. Any insight would be appreciated. Thx.

I did ponder this but she is so involved and committed. She’s just gotta lose the frustrations.

My experience with 2nd swing with returns or selling clubs to them is they are usually 30 days out on payment.

It's an accounts receivable process because they do so much volume.

I returned 2 used yet sub-quality launch monitors that were $1k+, got refunds for both, can’t remember how long it took, it’s a reputable business
