Xbox won't connect online

Im trying to get on to play ghost on the 360. However my xbox won't connect to the LSU secure internet. I have the mac address and followed all the steps to register my xbox with LSU. But when I go to register the Mac address online on the website. It says "Incorrect Mac address"

i posted in the thread you started on the OT.
you gotta call the LSU IT dept.
they will ask for your mac address and open the ports in your (dorm?) room.
