You won't be disappointed. I already love it so much more than my 360 and it's only going to get better over time.

Both issues should be fixed now since the last update.

On topic get the Xbox. Most issues have been addressed via patches.

I'm still having problems with BF4. I do agree that this console is going to be really great as the platform matures.

Every now and then the initial load screen gets stuck, but a quick power cycle fixes it.

If you have you xbox power setting set to always on, so that you can wake it with the voice command, the tv app will sometimes crash. You must change the power settings to turn off , reboot, then the app will work again.

pretty annoying
