Who thought this was a good idea? How do you get in a position like that with this sort of blindness to the market? I would have loved to be in those meetings that reversed the decision. I imagine a long board room table with a bunch of old suits sitting around, arguing about reversing it, while some young guy is mumbling, "I told y'all this was a fricking terrible idea."

I know, right. Talk about being out of touch. During a time people have lost jobs and businesses have been shutting down.

Doubling the price was ridiculous. I can't remember the price going up in the last ten years so if they raised it some I would understand, but double!?
I've had my account over 16 years. I wouldn't switch from xbox but I seriously considered not renewing it when it was going to expire.
