XBox GamerTag Tragedy

Ok guys, check this out. Any advice is welcome. I had my GamerTag saved on a 64mb plug in memory card. I had all my saved games on the big memory pack. I was a lil tipsy this last weekend and kicked my xbox, breaking my plug in. Now I can't access any of my saved games because the gamertag is not there anymore. Is there anyway I can retrieve all my saved games? I play RPG's and am too deep in to start over. HELP!!

Be more specific with what the problem is.

I cant load any saved games because the Gamertag they were all saved under was on the mem card which is unrepairable. I would like to at least transfer the saved games to a new tag or get my old tag loaded onto the large memory.

As far as your saves your probably screwed. You should be able to recover your gamertag some way. To prevent this in the future buy a 20mb hard drive or splurge for a bigger one and put your 360 where you cant get drunk and kick it again. And definitely dont waste your money on a PS3.

You can't transfer saves to a new gamertag. You can recover your gamertag then log into it and the saves should work.

Yea. And some games like COD4 save your progress online, so you won't have lost your access to levels that you have already unlocked.
