Xbox Game Pass cloud gaming?

Got an email yesterday saying that as a game pass member I get access to cloud gaming.
All I had to do was connect my controller via Bluetooth and open up the browser on my phone and I was playing GTA V with my progress fully intact. It literally took 15 seconds to load my game
Playing Xbox games on my phone was simultaneously the coolest and dumbest feeling ever. Was pretty clunky but maybe in a few years it will be a legitimately useful feature

5g will really help this out for cellular as will low orbit satellites (Starlink). There are some games this actually works really really well on already, turn-based games, card based games, etc. Games that essentially do not require low latency to enjoy.

Cloud gaming is still in its infancy right now, but it is the future of gaming

It definitely is, we know that MSFT is leveraging Azure for their cloud platform and their partnership with Nintendo is making more sense but where does this leave Sony?

I've played a few games on my phone like this.
Some run great, some are a little clunky.
Slay the Spire is fun on the phone, and you don't even need a controller.
