So I got the deal in April for Ultimate game pass for $1, then $14.99 a month after that. But they’ve only ever charged me the $1 and I still have it. Says the next bill will be $14.99 in April 2022.

Are they gonna bust my arse for retroactive payments or what? Under “Plan” it says Ultimate 1 month, but like I said I still have it and they aren’t charging me. Credit card info is all good so not sure what the issue is.

When I did the Ultimate upgrade for $1, it upgraded my xbox live gold to gamepass ultimate for however long I had prepaid my xbox live gold for. So before I did the $1 deal, I paid for 3 years of xbox live gold, then upgraded that to gamepass ultimate for 1 dollar.

Did the same thing happen to you? Did you prepay for a year of xbox live gold so it upgraded that whole year for $1?

Maybe that’s it. I paid the $59.99 for a year of gold in February and then got the game pass in April.

When you do the $1 deal, it upgrades your remaining time, up to 3 years, to xbox game pass ultimate.

The 2022 date is when your current $1 will end, at which point you will be charged $14.99 a month.

You will not be back back-charged or anything like that. It's an offer they have going with the $1 deal so people who already have active gold can switch over without losing what they already paid for.
