X-Box live account hacked

Mine got hacked. 10,000 points bought and moved me to Columbia. How do I fix this shite?

You have to call Xbox support and probably your bank if they were charging your card. I don't know how long it takes, though. Hope you get it fixed soon. Do you remember ever typing in your Xbox live login information on a site other than xbox.com?

No. Never typed it in anywhere. I called them and they locked my account up and said I will hear from someone within 25 days.

Dude mine got hacked a couple months back my 11 year spilled to someone on Xbox live. Anyway call Xbox support they will freeze your account. Xbox gave me a 1 month free membership until they can track your account because person will probably try and change your gamertag etc. Xbox will start an investigation and they will reimburse you what ever the hacker spent. Good luck bro it will be alright

Do you have an antivirus/antispyware program on your computer? The only ways I can think of someone getting your information is either by you accidentally typing the login information somewhere or by someone stealing your information through malware.

I'm just taking wild guesses to figure out how it could have gotten hacked. I guess how doesn't really matter right now though. They should be able to fix everything for you. Just make sure to immediately change your password as soon as everything gets fixed.

Ok I laughed. But seriously you did right by contacting them. Other than that, if your password is similar to any other passwords (email, bank account, etc.), I would change those too.

i dont know who was spewin the shite but it was mostly LESI membbers. do you the xbox live website because i would think the most likely way someone could steal ur info is through some kind of fake website/keylogger.

Yeah it took about 4 weeks but all money returned and they do send you info to change your gamer tag Id. I think you may be able to keep your Id but I changed mine.

I received an email within a couple of days after I reported it. They sent me a free month of xbox live while the investigation was ongoing. Can start a new gamer Id and still Xbox live.
