PS3 because I have too many games for the 360 and am buying an HD monitor for a mini-mancave to hide from my fiancee.

They have this thing called a plug and play kit, $15 at game stop comes with a rechargeable battery pack and a LONG recharging wire that plugs to the Xbox USB port. And you can you can play/charge at the same time. The majority of 360 owners have 2 or 3 of these. frick your little 2 ft recharge cord

Pardon my ignorance on the subject but I am a little confused on backwards compatibility and cross gen titles.
So I get the new consoles are not backwards compatible and I can't pop in a game I've had for a few years into the new consoles when they come out and play it. What I am not sure on are these cross generation titles (I am pretty sure watchdogs and AC4 are ones, but not sure about GTAV). If I get GTAV or like AC4 for example on 360 are they making it so I can play those on the new consoles, and if yes... are the graphics as good as the versions made specifically for the new systems. Or by cross generation do they mean they are selling a 360 version and xbone version and just buy they one for the system you plan on having.

They are selling a current and next gen version of ac4 and watch dogs. Gtav has not announced anything like that yet.
