This game is just so good. And thank God because I'm pretty much done with football this year

You mean the Alchemist Lab?
You unlock it after finding all 3 types of Mushrooms in the Goldmine.
Shitake can be found in a room with Matsutake and some enemies. After clearing the room, you receive the mushroom by talking to Matsutake.
Nightshade can be found in a room with a sign that says "a mushroom grows in darkness" you to destroy all light in the room. When the lights are off, the mushroom will appear.
Blastcap can be found in a room with a blown up ground, which creates a circle and a normal mushroom in the middle. Blow up the middle to reveal the Blastcap mushroom.

Some Tips and Tricks
Undermine Wiki is helpful, but I had to refer to YouTube for the Boss battles and some secrets.
Once you get the Alchemist unlocked and and some of secret potions, you can absolutely break the game

If I can figure out how to upload the video, I have a hilarious clip of using a potion loop to boost my stats to ridiculous levels and breaking the game.
Got my HP and Swing damage to over 5K, Critical Strike Multiple of 2,800%, Critical chance of 1,100%, maxed out cleave (Swing size).
I could 1 hit kill every enemy in the game including bosses, and got my gold up to the max of 999,999.
The potion loop took about 45 minutes to set up, Dungeon level 2, the rest of the game took 7 minutes
