I was never a big fan of Jack's Joker. He comes off as too much of a mobster, not nearly insane and over-the-top enough. (Yeah, I know. Crucify me.) I felt Jack is playing himself more than the Joker.
That scene is one of the few where he gets it close. Specifically, "I'm glad you're dead. BAHAHAHAHA!"

I draw some, I pull some off the internet, depends on my mood, and how much I'm invested in it!
Also where I am at the time.. "drawing" something requires a very good mouse.. which I do not have at work.
