I'm actually an SEC Rant / O-T Convert..
Let's just put it this way: the SEC Rant had a really popular thread about the college football program I cheer for, so I lurked the site for a long time. Then they had a really REALLY popular one about another program I cheer for, and then this year I finally decided to get involved with the discussion.

Probably the same thread drew me in. I have a good friend who is an Alabama fan, and he forwarded me the link to the "As The Plains Burn" thread, and then I started lurking the game threads for LSU football, and I joined. I was a late comer to the GB because I never realized it was here. My main forum now.

Yeah I've always cheered for Auburn, Alabama and LSU.. and even Florida, and I just found this website to be the best of anything the SEC had to offer.
P.S: I guess I'll change my "team" to the correct one since football season is fast approaching, also..
P.S.S: I take that back.. My dad played football at Auburn, I took classes at LSU, am currently sending myself and my wife to Alabama and my best friend went to Florida, I don't have a "favorite" team anymore!!
