Need at least one more team. Rumored that Missouri, Clemson, and FSU might be involved. I think that's overkill, personally.

I hate the idea of the SEC becoming a "super" conference.. it's just ircs me the wrong way.

It will probably be Florida st...Virginia tech would be a bad fit.

I'm psyched for it if it's happening. the SEC is already a super conference, but that doesn't mean they shouldn't stop trying to surge ahead while everyone else is trying to bulk up.
PAC-10 and Big 10 have already put the wheels in motion, the SEC can either act now or wait until other conferences have passed them. Might as well act now

i hope this won't be the downfall of the SEC. we already have enough mediocre teams as it is.

But without mediocre teams you don't have elite teams. There has to be Kentuckys, Vandys and Missippi Statesin order to have LSUs, Alabamas ,and Floridas.
It's be great if the SEC consisted of nothing but awesome elite teams, but unfortunately someone has to lose each game and you would be skewing how good these teams are if they all finish with 3 or 4 losses because they all play each other.
