And of course, there are exceptions with Canadians and Hillbillies. But as much as people hate them, stereotypes are stereotypes for a reason.

I do tip because I had a good friend that waited tables and always heard her complain. We (as a family) always went to where she worked when we went out to eat and sat in her section to help her out.

its less about people being rednecks, and more about them being trashy
i consider myself part white trash/coon arse, but i still know how to tip (i did wait/bartend for years), but my dad always tipped well when i grew up, even though we weren't loaded or anything
