2 and 3 could be flip flopped for me as I'm basing this solely off of what I have played the most of in my years of gaming.

Top games of all time is tough because hardware and software improvements will make newer games better everything else being equal. So my top three of all-time with retro slant (PC only):
1. Master of Orion (still play that sucker)
2. Bard's Tale
3. Civ4 (civ5 is getting there though)
