So glad I'm done with the AL All-Star blue jays.

I hope 90% of your mlb roster has to resign. No way you will have the money to get more than half that team back. Then I will meet you next year. You must have seriously gotten away with some trade rapes last year before Hart got on top of the trades.

I feel like I'm the only one that didn't make any trades. I definitely regret it.

of course he got away with trade rape. Which is why I am shocked nothing was done to stop more than a handful of the trades that went down.

I made one small trade and that was to get a different 1B that was a lefty in my lineup. I didn't like my original 1B, so I moved him and some younger A talent to San Diego for Yonder Alonso and Josh Johnson. The best thing i've done so far was my free agent pickups of Travis Hafner, Vernon Wells, and Joaquin Benoit. They've been pretty huge for me so far.

I shopped Hanley around some because he is on the last year of his deal making 27 mil so I'm sure he will be unsignable but I couldn't find a suitor with the right assets to send back.

I made one trade that involved Pedroia.

I think a lot of trades went unnoticed at the beginning of the year. I wasn't on every day and a deal would be over before I saw it.

What should we do for the playoffs? Give 1 week per series for teams to get it done? The NL will be all users, so it may take some working out to complete a series.

The AL will have 1-2 maybe even 3 CPU teams if I keep shitting the bed.

I think a week seems fair since it isn't a long term commitment like the regular season.

LOL LOOK AT THE RECORD BEFORE ANY TRADES...only trade I got was Trout...but I gave up 2 regulars and A prospect...Howard is 34 and too much money for .200 hitter.

I won that last game with Chad Jenkins pitching and freaking Brett Lawrie got 7RBIS...not trout or howard.

and yes...most of my team up for resigning this year HAHAHA

However I feel I can make a valid argument for each trade I made this year...although some may not agree totally

No, no you can't. You cannot validate getting Trout and not giving up at the very least Bautista or Encarnacion. It's obviously bridge under the water, but had the trade committee been in place prior to that trade, I would have laughed my arse off at the proposal before typing no.

I have no clue what your trades were. Just from your line up either:

1- you are really really really good
2- you got some benefits in trade.

I wasn't saying you are cheating, or doing anything not legit because I don't know all your trades. It just sucked playing you 6 times.

Whenever you have 1 person in your line up batting under .300 and he's Ryan fricking Howard, it's either 1 or 2.

Maybe you sold all out for this season and you won't be able to sign your entire team and dumped your farm system to win it all this year. Who knows???

I don't want to hold him to anything hart. He's a solid member and it don't even know what a single trade he made was. If there was an issue, it is now fixed.

I have played past one season before and if this thing last 3-4 seasons I promise you he will pay for this season. If he wins it all this season is that good enough? Depends on him.

I went with the approach that I'm in it for the long haul. I have some young guys in my line up mixed in with the veterans of the Red Sox. I'm ready to roll next season. I know who I need to keep and who I need to move on from. 1-2 FA signings and I'm set.

If the Jays put all his eggs in this seasons basket and it pays off...good for him.
