It means you're trying to move the thread to the top of the board for more visibility...ie, "bumping" it up to the top.

damn, Ice the kicker almost cost me the game. Michigan scored to tie with 30 sec. I drove the ball down and missed a 30 yd fg. My first time getting iced. Luckily I intercepted in overtime and kicked a fg to win. 
Lots of recruits at that one, I hope I get a few. ND has no team speed.

The camera angle changes to where youre at field level and can barely see the damn Goal Post and i believe the controller shakes. (only happend to me once.. the best counter.. call a time out yourself if ya can
