Sometimes players are returned to the start of the mission, other times all the way back to the nearest safehouse. After these resets, the user interface appears to brighten or double and the game itself slows to a crawl.
We spent an hour last night trying to get into the Clear Sky raid only to be turned back again and again by these glitches.
Most troubling are reports that some players are missing one or more of their characters, and that daily missions are failing to refresh. Similar issues cropped up after the last update. VG24/7 reports that Ubisoft is aware of this specific issue and is currently working on a fix.

Never had that happen with the HVTs.
I have experienced the double UI bug.
You can't matchmake for the incursion properly.
For missions and Falcon Lost I could go to the tab area in game and start the mission then open my group to public and people will automatically join in. For Clear Sky when you do that you are in a no respawn zone so your teammates get a never ending loading screen when they try to walk into the mission.

Finally put together a workable 3 piece striker 2 piece sentry build with Savage gloves at about 70% damage mitigation. I am a serious glass cannon...

Update was supposedly pushed out to xbox users this morning for the double UI bug. The server maintenance done this morning was not successful and CM Clear Skies was not released.
No ETA on the HVT fixes or CM Clear Skies.
I have a weird build for 1.2.
I run 3 tactician pieces with Stamina, Striker Backpack with Stamina, striker gloves with Firearms and 3 stat striker holster.
I have 187k DPS on my Aug, 190k on my M1a. 345k Toughness, 75% armor mitigation and 20k skill power with 20% skill haste. I roll teams through HM Falcon Lost with ease and I solo the bomb.
Currently piecing together a set for one of my alt toons that is 3 striker 2 sentry and savage gloves. Has over 200k Dps, 300k Toughness and 17k SP
Need more 240 pieces.
No ETA on the HVT fixes or CM Clear Skies.

Oh, I also have a little shite kicker set up I have to solo the 0-160 dz so I can farm dtech boxes and get purples to sell for credits. It has 150k dps, 150k Toughness 17k Skill Power a MP7 with Brutal, deadly and accurate. All gear is 163 except gloves, they are 131 with CHD/CHC/SMGD on them
Spent a lot of time building that because even in the lowest bracket I seem to get attacked by teams. Shock Turret+MP7 make them learn from their mistake.

I have a mix and match set up for sure.
2 Piece final measure for 50% exotics and the rest is random shite thrown together.
DPS is 210, toughness is 352k and skill is 13k
crit chance is 56.50% ***This make me drop people so easy
crit damage is 195%
71% armor mitigation

Ouch man. I run HM FL a lot on the weekends and kept most of the useful gear. If you can build a class around being a battle tank and do most of the heavy lifting it isn't hard to roll through with 3 randoms.
The 159 guy was an experiment to build a guy from dz drops that I turned into a farming machine.

Yeah man you need a 3 stat holster.
Easiest setup for a DPS tank is:
Stamina Vest with armor rolled and a mod slot
Firearms mask with Skill Power rolled
Stamina Kneepads with 2 of the 3 armor/crit damage/mod slot.
Firearms backpack with Skill Power and modslot
Stamina gloves with Savage, smgdmg/crit%/crit dmg
3 stat holster with near max health and armor rolled in favor on mod slot.
You should have 4-5 mod slots and fill them with Firearms/Stamina mods until you can get close to 75% mitigation after that the 1.5% crit chance or 1400+ skill power ones are good replacements. Should help you push 150-180k dps with an SMG 250-300k+ Toughness and 20k skill power.
It takes a lot of grinding or crafting depending on if your going with all 163/182 gear.
The king setup is 3striker, 2 sentry then stamina savage gloves right now for a walking mud stomping tank imo. My tactician setup is more of a support build that can do of Falcon Lost with little help from my team as that seems to be what happens in matchmaking for me.
For weapons, SMG should be Aug/MP7/Vector in that order preferably with a Brutal/Deadly roll. Scope for crit chance, Headshot Damage. Magazine for extra rounds and rate of fire increase. Accuracy on the grip, crit damage on the muzzle. That will give you the biggest bang for your buck on damage output.
A good M1a/M44 is a godsend for backup and Pistol doesn't really matter imo.

I'm using 3 strikers, 2 sentry, and savage gloves. 240k dps, 370 toughness. I still need to get a better smg roll, but dz6 201+ is a pain in the arse.

If you do the dailies you can get some sweet 163/182 gear to help you start. Search and destroy missions give guaranteed 163 gear too
