This is fricking rediculous. Its doing this bullshite again. When I invite him, it shows "waiting for opponent", and that its. Same thing for him I'm assuming.

No..Its just some glitch. I really have no clue what causes it, but it happened with my first user game this season. I didn't have any problems in Season 1..
Its just really annoying, User games are the best part about the Online Dynasties and I haven't been able to play one yet.
