Oregon has got this season rolling nicely, next stop NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP....Nelly I just realized that was my 3rd string QB in all game

OK, fellas, I have a question:
Does anybody really enjoy the game?
Not just "oh yeah, it's NCAA, so it's fun," but actually enjoy it.
I've only played maybe 5 games, and I notice glaring weaknesses ALL OVER. Literally everywhere. Fullbacks are worthless. You might as well go one back, because FB do nothing. They don't block, ever. You run a stretch, toss, power, counter, and the FB runs right by the blitzing LB or DB EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. This great football IQ also applies for pulling guards. They do nothing. Conversely, the CPU FBs and guards block beautifully. Hell, they're so great at blocking that my guys will turn their back to the ball carrier just to engage in a blocking battle.
I threw the ball to JC Copeland (only thing he has done since I bought the game), all 280 lbs. of him, and he had a 10 yards to gain momentum before he was promptly stuck by a 5'11", 188 lbs cornerback. Oh, yes, that makes perfect sense.
Also, you might as well not even have player ratings for guys in the trenches. I was playing Auburn and Greg Robinson (frickhead) was injured, so true freshman Patrick Miller (thanks Gunner Momma's Boy Kiel) was starting (OVR 70). You'd think Sonic Sam could at least get MORE pressure with Miller at tackle than Robinson, right? He didn't get near the QB all game. C'mon. And the power/finesse moves are pointless. Everytime I try one, either right after the snap or while engaged, I get thrown to the ground, regardless of position or ratings.
I tell the DBs, "hey, it's 3rd and 15, it's going to be a pass." Doesn't matter. Ever. And don't get me started on the CPU QB play. Ever QB is Peyton fricking Manning mixed with Dan Marino and Michael Vick. Each QB has at least 70% passing against me, no matter their ratings. I simulated the game against Idaho to check it out, and the QB went 4-19. It's ridiculous.
By the way, I'm playing on Heisman, because All-American just isn't a challenge. I'm all for playing tight games and losing, but come the frick on. I'm staying in the dynasty because it's fun and whatnot, but Holy frick Christ on a Cracker, this game needs an update like nobody's business.

I really do enjoy the game but there are some things that really make me want to stop playing. 1. Sometimes defenders do not react to the ball at all. Regardless of how "aware" you are you should not be retarded.
2. There is so much "disguise" trying to be implemented that it opens up a whole host of players being wide open do to man switching. Sad part is its so bad that it's unintentionally done A LOT.
3. Safeties in coverage
4.people can run 2 man under press all game and if they have descent linemen they can cause all types of trouble.
5.i have no gripes when it comes to running the ball. But I run from the spread so I may be experiencing different blocking schemes in a sense.
6. Last but not least the fact that blitz's cover 1 and Cover4 all back the corners off the LOS making them easily distinguishable. If you try and come out and press it's easily noticed. That's some disguise right there
I also hate that they are doing so much with this last patch. It may make everyone have to re learn everything

The only reason I haven't returned the game yet is 1) the hope a patch will fix the issues enough where I can play it and not want to break something, and 2) I enjoy playing in this dynasty.
Those are the only two reasons I still presently possess this game.

I have gone to more single back and spread formations as well. The fullback is useless unless you are running straight ahead.

I put the game away yesterday due to the horrific blocking. It wasn't anywhere close to this in '12. I'm hoping the patch addresses the issue.
I think I'll try out the spread more, even though it isn't my style, typically.

Hopefully soon. I believe the end of August was an approximated timeframe. With that much time to prepare one, I hope it addresses a lot of issues.
I quit running with a FB last night, did you notice that? BECAUSE HE IS USELESS.
