Cene if you want to play next season I would get moving with your repair. I STILL have not even shipped my xbox to them. Their online repair wizard works about as well as Windows 95 with several major viruses. So I call the XBOX hotline and after repeating myself over and over to the "virtual agent" I finally got to speak with a real one.
I created my service request and was ready to go ship my xbox, but wait. You have to wait at least 24 hrs to log into their retarded wizard and print your shipping label. So I finally get some time to see to that today, log in, and lo and behold my service number does not match my zip code for the repair I created... Their solution: create a brand new repair order, and have me wait until USPS delivers a hard copy of the shipping label. Then I can pack it myself and mail it off. After which it will be 2-3 weeks until it is returned.
They make this waaaaaay to complicated. Hopefully I'm back for the 2010 release. We are planning on continuing this dynasty there aren't we... I'm actually hoping that they can find a way to convert a 2009 OD to 2010. I'm in love with my team!

EZ, trust me, just goto Walmart or Best Buy and buy a new 360 and switch just the consoles out in the parking lot. Lift the stickers up very gently and perform the switch, making it look like the box was never opened. Return within 15 minutes and say you "bought the wrong cosole" and you'll have no problem whatsoever.
