I just had to put the serious beat down on Texas 119-21. I was checking on my team and I'm slot younger than I thought. Out of the 27 players I use regularly, I'm should return 18. It makes me smile inside and something wierd happen in my pants. Nothing short of a national championship will sufice after my uncarachteristic two year drought.

Also, anyone thinking of switching teams should give a look at Texas. Pretty young and some really quality players. Although I blew them out, I could tell they were pretty stacked.

well cmeche had texas before he left the dynasty so there was at least 1 year of user recruiting so that should have helped.

What you do? onside after onside?

Yeah, even one year of user recruiting will get them some quality players. Why have two user teams in the same division, though?

It really sucks that I blew the CCG again this year. Even with the Heisman winner on the team I couldn't pull out a win. A couple critical turnovers and mismanagement of the clock are what did me in. Boswell will be a lot better next year after some recruiting unfortunately. I'm looking forward to it!

i try not to but at times like to do it just incase i have to do it against a user. Like i had to against you last season. Its definitely not easy. If you align it like you do on madden your kicker nails it out of bounds. Its definitely an art in this game.

it's too risky for me. I just rely on my defense to get turnovers.

i know what you mean. i don't bust out in onside formation unless i have a large lead and i'm just trying to practice it. It rarely works. The most i've seen it work is when it boucnes off a defender or he tries to catch it and bounces it back to you.

I just practiced to see how I was going to be without my running back. Holy crap I am terrible. I need to come up with a game plan for the NC game quick. I guess I took for granted how good of a season he had. First team AA as a freshman in this league is more than I ever expected of him and I did not realize that I relied on him that much.

my team is on a strong mental preperation. They've had a few days of practice but mostly have been in limited situations but they have been watching plenty of game film on Notre Dame and themselves. They've actually had to show for practice everyday whether we decided to practice or not. If we didn't practice we shared stories and brought our selves closer as a unit. They've getting a full week this week, then a light few days to close before the travel. My team is as prepared as much as they can be.

In not so gay news, How many still need to play?

i was thinking more or less a baby shower minus the women, and filled with men sharing their feelings.

didn't realize it came off as gay, but they shared stories about high school games and great gains and quick sand.

is this thing dying a slow death? I signed the #1 player in the country for the first time ever and he is exactly what I have been waiting for since I started this league. A 5* athlete who plays QB. So it figures this thing would fizzle.

Dom where you at? Have not checked in for some time.

I just played Dom in the Rose Bowl. Pulled out the 35-14 win!

He is alive and well, just got banned from TD.com again though which is why he's been MIA.

whose left to play before advancing to the title game?

USC has been on quite a user losing streak as well.
