I didn't think Civ Rev was that much fun. It was good, but I feel like it advanced too quickly every turn. I played all but the hardest level and sent it back. Good news is I'm getting Fable 2! woot

What about using any 3 star team for this one? We would be able to compete out of the gate and it wouldn't take 5 seasons to build a respectable starting 11.

Don't know if you counted me or not yet, but I would obviously like to keep using my converted DE as long as it fits within league guidelines.

It does adv quickly each turn, but I appreciate that it doesnt take days to complete the game. To each his own I guess. Fable II let me down when I played it on a buddies system, so I avoided the purchase.

Unrestricted position changes during the position changes period of the preseason. I converted a HB to DE to add depth, but some view this as an unfair advantage. What do you think?

Yes we advanced a little while after we finished. Plan is to advance again tonight at 10 or so. All cpu games though so should go quick. I'm sure someone wont make the deadline though.

ok i need a tally of who would be able to join a fast-paced league which advances every 23-25 hours (unless there is a user game and i would adjust when the schedules came out) and is not lenient on the deadlines.
i have it figured out--somewhat and we would be done with season 1 on the 23rd
or do yall want it more like this league where we advance about every 30 hours and there is some sway?
i know some people are like me and just have time to kill...especially when procrastinating for exams. some are married with kids...thats y i want to get a vote.
i just dont want to have those days where there is just no game to play especially if you have a few bye weeks in a row

Open Dynasty: 9pm tonight (or whenever we get the vote in)
Preseason Recruiting: 10:30pm
Redshirt Players: 2pm --12/5
Depth Chart: 2:30pm
Create Schedules*: 9pm
SEASON BEGINS: 9pm --12/5
Week
1 8pm--6th
2 7pm--7th
3 8pm--8th
4 9pm--9th
5 10pm--10th
6 10pm--11th
7 9pm--12th
8 8pm--13th
9 7pm--14
10 8pm--15
11 9pm--16
12 10pm--17

I'm in. I am ok with how quickly this one moves. Moving faster has yet to appear on my wish list. I would also vote for 3 star teams, but I will go with 4 if that's consensus.

and i don't have a problem with converting a RB to DE, that's fine by me...you have a player on your roster so you m ight as well use him how you can...

yeah I think 3 star would be be better but I'd be down with a 4 star if thats what everyone wants.
I have a kid so the 30 hour window would be better for me but again if everyone wants the quicker pace then I'm cool with that
