Tried to warn my buddy not to get this cuz he’s old and rages on games. He didn’t look into it at all, just watched the trailer and was like “oh this looks cool”
He’s had it a few days and just got the horse. Idk what that means or how far from the beginning it is but he’s been bitching and cussing nonstop about how he keeps getting shitted on

It's the Dark Souls version of Breath of the Wild, without the weapon degradation aspect.

I mean it really is. The catacombs/tunnels = the BOTW shrines. The legacy dungeons = the four divine beasts. Hell, I'm getting my arse kicked by Radahn currently and he has this Calamity Ganon thing going on.
Huge vast world with little pockets/areas of enemies.
