Not if you have the DLC (Broken Steel specifically, but I got all of them), they bumped it to 30.

Also to the OP, V.A.T.S. is your friend, learn it, love it, use it.

already there, especially effective when I sneak up on enemies

Made some progress earlier, I think I can get over the hump tonight. It's a lot more fun than I thought.

No, we still have lots to do, we just haven't been able to get on it lately. I'll be ready to finish it up when I get back home.

Cool. I've wanted to play fallout but since you've started it, I'll wait for you to start new Vegas if you decide to play. Of course this is all depending on whether it supports coop or not.

I didn't appreciate Vegas as much. It seemed that there was too much going on in the city compared to the outskirts. I mean i know that DC was the main part of Fallout 3, but DC is so much bigger than Vegas, and had all those outlying cities and such

ETA: Too much going on in the city, but the city wasn't big enough, therefore it seemed to pass quicker

NV had all kinds of caves and stuff to explore. I liked that stuff better than the city. Except Fisto of course.
