What am I using it for? If gaming, what do I play, with what settings, and at what resolution?

$1,500 is a decent budget, but not what I would call a high budget, so compromises will need to be made somewhere.

Ok, and what's your purchase timeline? We are right at the beginning of a hardware release cycle which will continue over the next few months. I think you'll be able to get more value if you hold off for a bit longer, but if you need to buy now/soon, it's not the end of the world. Just shifts things a bit.

BTW don't spend a lot of time on it, I am just looking for a ballpark on what's out there.

Though I would definitely undervolt the CPU, because that's less than ideal cooling for a 5800x.

The computer I linked would likely give you somewhere around 2-2.5x FPS uplift over the one you just linked.
