Do you Smash nerds think we will ever see The Legendary Warrior from Rygar in this game?

Is it a boom for someone who owns an X1 and posts in a smash thread for some reason? of course not.
Is it a boom for someone who has owned every console version of smash? Yes.
It isn't going to move the needle for anyone who doesn't already like smash, and that's ok. It's pure fan service.
I find you cutting off the comment at highly technical pretty funny, for sure.
Wave Dashing, Air Cancels, spacing, combos, chain throwing, actually being competitive with Jigglypuff.... all require a pretty high skill level. Without items, Smash can take a high level of skill.
