If your an FPS guy domed long right thumb stick helps aiming tremendously if you don't play FPS don't even bother getting a scuf being they are built specifically for the FPS genre. They are great controllers I own a 360 scuf and have ordered mine for the one. You def want the grip. Trigger stops and paddles the thumb sticks are more of a preference
