No. It hasn't been released yet. I would play through the story, open up the map, find the Lilith statues, and complete the reknown challenges. That's enough to keep you busy until season 4 launches. All that work will carry over into future seasons too.

Gotcha. Have not played since Diablo 1 a long time ago. Despite the flaws enjoying it.
