thing i hate the most is the guy with two 1887 shotguns running around, hitting you from across the map with it like thats actually possible
other than that, you have to adapt to how people are playing, if there are campers, run around sneaking up on people, just watch the corners harder, if people are running around, pick spots to easily pick them off
i would recommend for all noobs to play hardcore, makes you more aware of whats going on, and makes you less reliant on the stupid map to where everyone is

I like when I see a sniper across the map and I take him out with the ACR and iron sights.

yes, hardcore team deathmatch
honestly, at first, you may get one or two kills per match, b/c it is a one shot one kill thing, you have to be quick on the draw, and know whats going on around you, where your teammates are if they shot, etc.

also, thermal is money, recommend it on the acr, like having fully auto sniper rifle

You are thinking of the heartbeat sensor. He is saying the thermal scope. Enemies are bright white in the scope.

Red-dot ACR is amazing. Barely any recoil, good damage, great accuracy. My gun of choice.

that may be what you are doing wrong the whole game, even with red dot sights
dont know about everyone else but most of the time i have my weapon sights down, whether on iron, red dot, scope, etc.
i am always scanning for movement, first sign of i pull up to that location
i would think having weapon sights up would cause you not to see everything thats going on

That's what the ratings say, but I don't find that to be correct. It could just be that the accuracy is so high it helps all of the shots hit. Bullet penetration can help with this too.

i try not to have my sights up unless i'm engaged with someone
I try to shoot from the hip if someone comes up unexpected, but most of the time it's a losing battle.

if you are gonna do any running and gunning, you may want to look at the subs, specifically the p90 and eventually the uzi, the have a tighter shot group up close, have larger clips, and obviously fire more rounds

This gets better. I used to get owned when this happened, but the more situations you get into, the better you get. You'll learn to strafe while hip shooting. Also, aim up...I've gotten many headshots from hip shooting.

honestly, i just started doing this the past few days. since then ive been on a f-ing roll. used to be a 15/7 type guy.
now i'm more a 20-7, 20/5. last night i had a 25/3.
im typically a very cautious player using the heart sensor and fmj, using bling perk, and other perks to make me invisible.
but i prefer now to move around faster and kill people. seems to be more efficient and funner.
and once you unlock the perk to jump off buildings and not be hurt then you can really move.
ive now been using SCAR with heartbeat as my only attachment. plus all the perks necessary to run around fast.

You'll run faster with a SMG than assault rifle, I believe.
