Question about Nintendo Switch games.

So my 2 lil ones have Nintendo Switches. If I buy a game for them to download from the switch store can they both get it on their devices or do I have to pay for it twice for each one?

Thanks, I have no clue about how any of these work lol. So it would be better to just buy the game from the store so they can share it. Just wouldn’t be able to play at the same time.
