PSA: Clearing the memory cache on your XBone

Y'all probably already know this, but for those who don't...
I had a corrupt memory cache on my xbox one which was intermittently crashing my entire home internet when I would try to play destiny. All other games/apps worked fine. My Xbox is hard wired to my ISP box via an Ethernet switch. It started out random and eventually got to the point where I couldn't even log in to destiny and was getting various error codes every time. When I would either get booted or get a failed log-in, my whole home internet would go down for about 5 minutes. Clearing the cache solved the issue.
To clear the cache, do a full shutdown on the Xbox and give it a few minutes to fully shut itself off. Unplug the power supply and press the power button on the Xbox several times to make sure it's 100% powered down. Let it sit for about 10 minutes. When it fully looses power it clears its temporary memory cache and thus clears the corrupt shite.
