I'm in the same boat as the OP since I want to upgrade for college football, but my dilemma is that I also enjoy racing games.
I've owned every generation of PlayStation, and while they do have Gran Turismo, Forza Horizon makes Xbox intriguing because I'm enjoying less intense simulation as I've gotten older. For example, I've played the hell out of Grid Legends and Dirt 5. PS has The Crew series as an open world option, but it's kind of meh to me.
I guess my question is, is FH5 worth switching to Xbox? Or am I better off sticking with PS and GT7 for my racing fix?

I’m in the same boat. Getting a PS5 solely for the NCAA game. I wonder how many consoles will be sold based off of this alone.
