yeah, it should be a concern
my house's interior is all pex pipe so it shouldnt bust...its flexible
but the main coming into my house is what froze on me yesterday and its copper.....sometimes the welds will bust, but mine didnt even though it did freeze
i used a blowdryer to unfreeze it

I played for a couple hours the other day and it ran fine

Some maps lag more than others

We played the one with the huge satellite (i think) twice and had no problems

I'm not an expert, but I have never had internet problems when it comes to playing games. My internet is definitely strong enough to handle online video games.
Some maps lag a lot. Lancang Dam and Hainan Resort...most Conquest maps, in fact.
I played Obliteration last night with brab and Nonetheless and had a miserable time, but that was just because I'm rusty and suck. It seems like all people do is snipe or hide in rock piles with rocket launchers.
This game needs some infantry maps really bad.

What's weird about BF4 is that there are half the players complaining about lag like me and then there's the other half that have no lag problems like you.
It can't be that our internet connections are that different.
I tested mine at home the other day and had like 18.5/8.5 and pinged 30 or so. There is no way that causes lag.

I've noticed it's about 7/3 no lag/lag. But when there is it's almost unbearable to play. You're rubber banding back and forth and it's almost not even worth it.
I just exit and rejoin when I notice the lag right away
