i got to play Black Horse for a work event.
Wasn't even supposed to. But brought my clubs anyhow. Bunch of people didn't show up and just took the day off so I got to play 36 holes and drink beer all day.

I get to do this about twice a year for work, and it is the ish. My company puts one on at the Wildcat and I usually get to do another random one during the year.

It didn't help that I was so far away from the hole (TWSS) on the greens that I needed stakes and/or a range finder to get my distance (TWSS).

putting really made my score that day
i was knocking down 6 footers all day
i had 2 3 putts the whole day and both of those were from about 25 ft or less and they both pissed me the frick off

I only had two good putts. I tough downhill 5 footer that moved from left to right for par and a 30 footer that grazed the lip and ended up a foot away.
3 birdie putts within 10ft and couldn't convert a single one.
