Question. What do you guys think of hard wood in the bed rooms? We have tile in kitchen and bathrooms, and wood in the living area, but carpet in the rooms. It drives me crazy. My wife says carpet is supposed to be in rooms, but is open to changing. I'm thinking of doing it this summer.

There is a dark cherry wood in the living area and hall (was there when we purchased), but I'm more liking to a lighter wood. Is it common practice to have different color woods from hall to bedrooms? I don't think I would have a problem with it, but I'm thinking resell.

im no interior decorator but i wouldn't put 2 different wood floors in my house.

I didn't want to have to change the others....but I'm not doing that dark in the bedrooms.

Two different colors of wood would look like shite IMO
I recently put wood floors down and left the carpet in the bedroom.
but I dont have kids or dogs to mash shite into the carpets, so I doesnt really bother me.

Even with a transition from living to bedroom?
I don't mind. It will just cost more to replace the dark. I don't like it now. It was cool when we bought it, but after seeing other houses with the lighter wood, I want to change anyway.
I'll probably just wait a couple of more years for my kids to get older.

I'm sitting on a 0.95 but I don't care cause I have fun.
I figured out last night that the reason my headphones are cutting out is because of lag issues. If one of you guys are hosting I'm good to go, but if we get on some Mexican or PR host then they keep cutting out. I finally had to cut them off last night because they would cut out and I couldn't hear a dang thing (no chat, no sound) for a good 15-20 seconds. After we got out of that lobby I had no more problems and they worked just fine the rest of the night.
