I unlocked the "Demolition Master"...but of course that one is glitched and want give you the title.
Playing with randoms makes it hard to hold A,B,C for 3 mins.

I can tell you from someone that doesn't have one that it picks up background noises, like children screaming, quite well.

These are the ones I have. They are solid, but they aren't 7.1 surround. Can you tell me if the Sony ones are better?

Since you mentioned headsets, do you know if the turtle beach x32's I was given for Christmas (I had the x31's) work with the playstation? I think some of the wired turtle beaches do, but not sure about the wireless ones.

I have never used those, but I've used my Sony's without the virtual 7.1 (you can turn it off) and it makes a huge difference with it on.

My wife bought me a pair for Christmas and they are awesome. You can easily cut the mic on and off and the sound is great. You can adjust whether you want to hear more chat or more sounds or just a mix of both.
I think they are definitely worth it. If you hurry, Target's website still says they are $79.99 instead of the regular 9$9.99.
