So much work will be done on PC, im convinced I will be able to do well with a controller, I just cant be as aggressive as i am on the box.

quote:I agree but if they are going to make changes to it, maybe tweak the accuracy back just a little but keep the suppression visuals like they are now.
I like the supression effect FWIW. They should leave it alone.

One thing though, enjoy your tank while you still can.

They said they are going to tweak the suppression thing a little bit.
I was just getting used to playing well as a tank driver before the patch and now I feel like I can't do anything without getting hit once and disabled. What are you trying different?

You have to be more aware of your surroundings, positioning, etc. If you're the slightest bit exposed, you'll get into trouble.
I'd also change your equips to defensive-based - reactive armor and IR smoke would be a good start.

Same, I'm getting used to the tanks now
Just gotta learn when to desert them bastards, I still destroy my fair share of tanks while I'm in one

I just try to be more aware of what is and might be around me. Try to always have an escape and avoid the high traffic areas. I am using IR smoke at the moment but still trying out different combinations to find something that works.
It also feels like people are starting to go back and use different kits again. It was rough when 3/4 of the other team was made up of engineers with RPGs/Javelins

I guess it's an adjustment. I usually go with reactive armor and cannister shell now with thermal optics.
