But so brad u have to go offline when? and then check if they give you an offer is that how it works? just kinda give me a rundown on how it would work so if we do it we know how to get it done

You convert the online dynasty to an offline dynasty.
After that, it works just like it would a regular offline dynasty, only any awards won by any of the users can be added to our shrines.
At the end of the season, once all the bowls are done, there will be an option that asks if a team wants to join a conference.
When it happened to me, it asked if Tulane wanted to join the SEC. I had the option of whether or not I wanted to let them join or not. Commish is going to have to do this himself b/c once he accepts all the conference changes, he's going to have to convert that dynasty (which is now an offline version of the one we're in) into an online dynasty again.
Make sense? I'm not sure if that's clear for everyone or not.

Yeah. I mean, any one of us can convert it and play it offline, and then convert it back to an online dynasty and whatnot, but since Commish is running things, he would be the one to do it.

Sounds simple. It's not guaranteed that everyone will get invited to a new conference I'd assume?

Right. I'd imagine the only conference I'll be getting a shout from in the future would be the Big XII. But, I'm a long ways from reaching that.
