Rebuilding my PS3 library for RPCS3, and this game was one of the games I originally missed out on.
Paid $25 for it because it's no longer listed on the digital storefronts.
Anyway, what a crazy ending to that game, eh? I was slightly spoiled reading some reviews. I only knew of a twist, but didn't know the specifics.
Mechanics was a miss, but the overall story of the game was underrated. That helicopter mission where you have to run down the hall, up the stairs, and down another hall was hell. Took me about 20 tries.
There were multiple endings. Did you guys play them all?

I wouldn’t say that the story is underrated, but more under appreciated. Those who have played it tend to rave about the story. It just hasn’t been played by as many people as it should.
And I agree on the mechanics, though cover shooters were just kinda like that back then. But the story more than makes up for it. Absolutely incredible, especially with the subtle inclusion of things like loading screens, etc.
And yes, I’ve played through all the endings. “Welcome to Dubai”.

I've had it in my Steam library forever (free at some point years ago)... have always wanted to get around to it.
How long is it?

According to Steam, my one playthrough was 10 hours.

according to my RPCS3 GUI, it says i have 8 hours and 30 minutes logged. not sure if that includes navigating the menus, but that's probably 10 minutes overall.
i probably could've been faster if i were decent on the sticks when it comes to shooters.

and i played on regular. i probably should've played on easy. i typically do when it comes to story driven games. i don't need/want a challenge when it comes to gunfights in story driven games.
i'd say it's probably a 6 hour game at the most.
15 chapers with an epilogue

I think I played on Suicide Mission, but it’s been so long now that I don’t remember. Which I normally wouldn’t bring up, but I suppose it’s relevant to play length.

Just my kind of game these days.. don't have a lot of time to get invested in those 20, 30, 40+ hour games.
Beat Stray this AM, took me 5 hours. Loved it, and only paid $13 for it.

In a perfect world, you want to beat it in one sitting. It will have the most impact that way. Definitely try not to go more than three sittings.
