In case my Master Race friends haven't viewed the Pokemon thread.
I went a little crazy on eBay this pass week. The new game sort of pumped up the geek side. (I didn't own a single Pokemon card this time last week)

How much did you pay for the 1st ed. blastoise? Appears to be shadowless as well. I sold mine in fair condition for ~$40 last year. I still have a charizard and mewtwo sitting on my desk right here.

Purchased a Charizard EX for $50... bought about $350 just last week. I want to collect all the 1st edition Halos(about 3/4 complete) and some of the most valued cards of my favorite pokemon. I really didn't collect them as a kid, just collected sports cards but would buy a pack here and there.
It is sort of fun to relive your childhood and purchase these things.

Also Blue, I want to collect the following 1st editions for some of the more popular Rare Pokemon.
1. Rocket (Dark Versions)
2. Gym Challenge (Ex Blaine's Charizard)
3. Fossil

I got a first edition Charizard in the first pack on Pokemon cards I ever got when I was a kid... At least I think it was first edition, I was like 5-6 when I got it. I wish I still knew where it was, cause I pretty broke right now

Sure it was 1st edition? They were actually pretty rare and didn't come in Retail packs, only Hobby packs.
It had to have the 1st Edition stamp located in the far left center.

Those things are worth $100+ in fair condition. If you get it graded, then you could make some major bank.

I was only into the original 150 pokemon set. I had every card from the jungle, basic and fossil sets. All holos and non holos (none of the edition ones, just the basic). I was never a fan of the dark carks or the gym challenge

Tryed playing bioshock on my rig, lots of crashes. Anyone know any tricks to make it run smooth. It works on my laptop but crashes like crazy on the better one. That's a shame cause it looks much better on my desktop at 1080.

Actually book value $100 but they sell in NM+ condition from $250-$325.
Graded NM or MINT they are almost worth $1K.
