How do you regen health? I get to eat food but my health won't come back. I'm playing normal mode.

I believe L2 on a PS4 Is what makes you use the inhaler with an adreno. Be sure the adreno is placed in the inhaler too in the menu. I accidentally knocked it out and was confused why I couldn’t heal as well.
