Neither Franklin nor Michael have any missions showing? Try going back to one of their houses with them and see if it triggers something

not sure about being disabled, but when I would get an error saying the online services aren't available, I picked my laptop up and made sure I was signed in to the social club. Try refreshing the page also

i know it's easy to get sidetracked in this game
could have been in a side mission or something then had to run from cops, then decide to hit up a strip club, then rob a store, and then before you know you forgot your in a mission
it's happened to everyone

I've checked both characters for any "ongoing missions" and both are blank. I guess I will try the houses.

Wouldn't you have notifications after you lost the cops? Ya know like the yellow marker and gps route on the map.....
