Graphics are better than BF3, it's third-person (not your thing), but the sheer size of the map and the things you can do are crazy. If you liked RDR, you'd LOVE this.

I was apparently in restriced sea space. In between the airport and shipyard there a police area with a helicopter. I didn't realize it was a police chopper when I was going for it. Instant 4 stars

Yea left coast. You should see a tan area over there on the map. There is a cool boardwalk too

Actually I'm not sure if the rides were right there or at another boardwalk-y area. The beach is hard to miss though when you get next to it. Huge white sandy beach and people laying out and shite.
