the mods for the game have created a new easy installer for installing the mods. made a youtube video since the mods haven't made one yet.

just to give everyone an update, the mods are close to re-releasing the fields for all SEC teams. jerseys will be included for the SEC as well.

Unless they completely redo Kyle Field, I'm not interested.
Pre-renovation Kyle Field (2013) is the current model used.

So if they’re able to implement a CFP but can’t update ol’ rinky-dink 2013 Kyle Field, you still wouldn’t be interested?
ETA: ftw it’s worth, they’re looking at updating helmet types. If they’re able to do that, they should be able to do stadiums.

Is there a PS3 easy installer available or the links for the PS3 mods? I was looking at the reddit post and it looked like he had taken down all the individual links but I can’t find the easy installer for PS3 console unless I’m an idiot. I got the HEN installed and think I understand how to use it

the download links are in the discord server. as far as your ps3, yes, there is a ps3 version of the easy installer. it can be found in the discord.
you'll need HEN and Multiman. Multiman will install the .pkg file that is the mod itself. no more QuickBMS crap.
eta: i'll be doing a how-to video for the PS3 version once v2 releases on the 8th.

download the file
put it on a flashdrive
plug flashdrive into your PS3
install via Multiman on your PS3 after enabling HEN
make sure your flash drive is formatted as FAT32 because that's the only type the PS3 will recognize. the PS3 version will be a 2 part installation. FAT32 has a 4GB file size limit and the mod will be 4.3GB. it will install like an old PS3 update installation.

Looking at it I may wait until the new version releases Saturday to do it. This looks awesome though. You and all these other folks working on this are gods among men.
Will mods like the CFP be permanent in a dynasty file? I had read one thread on OS where they were having to reupload it every year and enter the teams. Obviously I will do that too but it seemed like kind of a pain in the arse and wasn’t sure if this has it embedded in there permanently where the top 4 go in instead of having to edit the file manually

yup, i saw some Allstate and Academy ads in the Georgia Dome. They even added Mercedes logos throughout the stadium to add to the new Georgia Dome. updated field art as well. the SEC Championship field is included.
