I'm up to level 30 and have become a gwent card shark, with all 4 available decks with 22 units and 5 heroes each

frick dude, I had to force myself to sprint through the last quarter of the game so I made sure I got to beat it because I love it so much.. I don't have time for anymore layers!!

It sucks at first because you have shite cards but once you get some rare heroes and cards with abilities it becomes fun.
A lot of strategy is involved. When to pass a round, when to use weather, when to use leader abilities etc.

I like Gwent but don't play often. I don't like that it is easy to kill the get them all quest.
This should be a quest that can be completed after you have finished up the game.

My Siege master northern realms deck is stacked.
2x catapult 8 + binding
John Novaris 10
Mysterious elf 0 spy
Triss 7
Yen 7 medic
Roche 10
Philipa 10
Few other siege units and a siege medic
Of course one torrential rain from the right Nilfgaard deck can frick me
My Nilfgaard deck is decent.
Scoie'tel and monster decks need work. Need way more muster unit cards to pull off the Commanders Horn + muster stack strat

Turns out I have a decent elf and monster deck after all.
Playing elf into monster with leader 1 is good because of the frost card instant LA. Wipe out their entire row of arachnas.
Also helps to have that neutral card that scorches the close combat row when it's over 10.
Monster deck with the discard 2 + draw 1 leader is really strong. Can pull a Horn or begin a muster chain anytime you want. Or a 15/10 hero obv. Lot of win conditions in a monster deck
