Played until about 2 last night, took round about 3 hours to digital download. Pretty fun, will be running it for a while tonight when I get home from work. Played the open beta, thought it was pretty neat, but didn't know what to expect. Early opinion is that I made the right call on buying it last night.

Time for a lunch break, did a ton of side missions this morning. Up next is unlocking the Base of Operations.

I'm probably going to buy this but I have a question.
Can I play it solo?
I'm stuck in a hotel room for a while and have shitty Internet( can't play any form of MP not halo and not even FIFA) will that prevent me from playing this game?
Is there a mode where it's just me vs environment, no other players at all?
I would like to play this while I'm stuck here but would be very upset if I can't connect because the shitty internet

My understanding is you can play by yourself but you will need to access the servers/online to play. Like last night I was playing "solo" no friends or anything, doing the missions by myself but I'm pretty sure I was online.

You Can solo but you have to be on XBL/PSN with Internet to play.

I can connect to the Internet but even party chat lags out. Hope it works because I bought it anyways

Having a lot of fun playing. Just finished opening all three wings of the base. Saving the power guy was the hardest.
This game reminds me playing one of the batman games. Also wish we had more options for melee attacks.

Agreed this apocalyptic NYC feels a lot like abandoned Gotham.
That last room from the Tech mission feels like it's straight out of the Arkham games too.

I've gotten stuck on environment fixtures twice and had to log out/back in to reset. And there are places I should be to get to but for whatever reason there's an invisible walk preventing it. Takes away from the immersion.

I like the game so far. Was actually able to connect and play MP with this game for a while before it lagged out.
Still learning the game and setting up the three wings but I've enjoyed it.
Only a couple complaints so far.
Wish shooting people in legs would drop them
Wish you could play super stealth mode. Sneak up behind people break necks, pick off people from far away and clear rooms with silencers and sneaking with out alerting back ups ( maybe you can do all this I'm just still new)

Played this damn game for 4 hours last night... Seems to be pretty well put together so far, except for the server crashing twice... Ubisoft's issues, not the game's... Will be on again tonight after work..

Does anyone find this game to be kind of difficult? Feel like I die somewhat often, especially trying to do the side missions. Anyone have any pointers? I typically stay behind cover, just feel like my bullets don't do half as much damage as the ones they're hitting me with. Thanks guys.

More grenades and patience? Admittedly I do rush sometimes. Get a little too greedy. Need to get my friends on soon too so I have some more fire power.
