Official Madden 16 PS4 Tournament (UPDATE) (YOU CAN STILL SIGNUP!)

We'll kick this off Sunday at 6 PM PST.
Rules: None. Play as you would in an online game. We're seeing who is the best. I don't like cheese any more than anyone else, but I really don't want to act like a moderator for a simple tournament. I only ask, just be respectful. If you're up 40 by the 3rd quarter, run clock.
Difficulty: All-Madden.
Quarter Length: 6 minutes
Format: Seeding will be 1 through how many we have by Saturday night. The top seeds will play the lower half of the top guys, while the higher of the bottom will play the lower bottom. For example, 1 would play 4, 2 vs 3. 5 vs 8, 6 vs 7. Double elimination. The double elimination will be seeded top vs bottom. The loser of the 1 vs 4 would play loser of 5 vs 8.
Teams: We choose a different team each round. You cannot choose the same team twice. Example: I win with the Panthers in round 1, Denver in round 2, rhen lose in Round 3 with NE, I can't be any of those three teams in my double elimination game. Just keep that in mind.

I'll join. I was killing it in the league for the one season I was playing and had a 1 seed. My 1 loss I believe was a sim. I'd say I'm a 1 or 2 seed.

Up to five people! If we can get seven more, we'll get this rolling this weekend! I was thinking about seeding, instead of giving the higher seeds the easiest matchups, we should have seeds 1-6 in the top half and 7-12 in the lower half. Then, in the double elimination rounds, the higher seeds get the lowest seeds.
Somebody who is a Madden casual isn't going to beat somebody that plays Madden like it's their hobby. It's possible, but I'd say 75% chance the better player would win.
Just food for thought. We could just do 1 vs 12, 2 vs 11 etc etc

Sweet! I'll update tomorrow. I like the draft champs idea, maybe like the final four do a draft champs? Idk. We'll start making things official soon. I haven't got any feedback on the seeding.
