I don't have a PS4 yet but I purchased the Destiny PS4 Bundle. So don't have a PSN name yet but I doubt my XBL GT DREWTONIUS is taken (not sure how to check) but if not, that'll be my PSN name.

Yeah the PSN link is broken, if you're using Chrome, try to link it and when you get the error page after logging into your PSN, right click, hit inspect element, and click the very first link it shows, it will then work. Had to do the same thing.
